現(xiàn)任建邦基金首席財(cái)務(wù)官、風(fēng)控委員。杜飛先生，中國注冊會計(jì)師，證劵期貨師資格，曾就職中國建設(shè)銀行崇禮縣支行信貸經(jīng)理，河北立信會計(jì)師事務(wù)所副總經(jīng)理，河北冀祥會計(jì)師事務(wù)所副主任會計(jì)師，杜飛先生曾擔(dān)任國資委下屬國有企業(yè)監(jiān)事會審計(jì)組主管，審計(jì)包括河北冀衡集團(tuán)在內(nèi)等大型國有企業(yè)資產(chǎn)財(cái)務(wù)、經(jīng)營績效情況，并長期擔(dān)任上市公司年報(bào)審計(jì)工作。
杜飛先生在財(cái)務(wù)控制方向，資產(chǎn)管理、績效考核等方面業(yè)績突出，近年在私募股權(quán)基金財(cái)務(wù)盡職調(diào)查，財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析方面亦有突出表現(xiàn)。

Right now Mr. Du serves the chief financial officer and risk commit-tee of Jianbang Fund.He is a CCPA, the career man of securities and futures,he have served successively as credit manager of Chongli County Branch of CCB, vice president of Hebei Lixin Accounting Firm, deputy director of the accountant of Hebei Jixiang Accounting Firm. Mr.Du Fei is former supervisor of Subordinates state-owned Board of Visitors Audit Teams of SASAC.He audited the business performance, assets and finance of , large state-owned enterprises like Hebei JiHeng Group.And did the longtime annual reports of listed companies audit work.
