羅鳳燕女士對國家財(cái)經(jīng)、稅收、金融等領(lǐng)域有敏銳的觀察力和判斷分析能力，在私募股權(quán)基金投融資運(yùn)作、財(cái)務(wù)杠桿效應(yīng)、上市安排、項(xiàng)目融資、國際國內(nèi)資本對接等領(lǐng)域積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，自2008年后從事專業(yè)股權(quán)投資基金，早期從事信托型基金、房地產(chǎn)基金業(yè)績顯著，近年開創(chuàng)河北省上市公司定向增發(fā)基金、新三板投資基金，管理業(yè)績主要是京津三溪塘文化創(chuàng)意信托基金，華夏頤園信托基金，北京中民源收益權(quán)投資基金，河北國隆項(xiàng)目基金，唐山浩友鳳凰城地產(chǎn)基金等單一項(xiàng)目基金。累計(jì)主動管理達(dá)12億人民幣。
